Microsoft Hackathon Experience
HackathonMicrosoft
Recently wrapped up a hackathon at Microsoft. From ideation sessions to late-night coding, the experience was intense and fulfilling.
Three things stuck with me. Agility and quick thinking matter more than perfect planning when the clock is running. Connecting with other builders in the room fuels ideas you wouldn't get working alone. And teamwork turns daunting tasks into manageable ones, mostly because someone else is there to say "that's wrong" before you commit to it.
Got a certificate for participation. More importantly, got a better sense of where my problem-solving breaks down under time pressure. That's the thing hackathons actually teach you.
